No, nor does he seem to, though he appears to be asking for one from his critics on a routine basis. They mostly rely on smears, mischaracterizations, and innuendo instead. They also consistently refuse to debate, acting like he’s the guy on the corner selling pencils from a cup, when it’s plain as day to anyone who’s intellectually honest that he’s put real work into his positions.
I don’t know enough to make the call, but I have been in the world of ideas for a long, long time, and when people act like his critics…it’s usually not a sign of strength.
I take it you still haven’t found what you’re looking for in RFK’s work? I found it to be pretty well evidenced, myself.
