Here is the (mostly) full text of my ChatGPT-4 conversation. For clarity purposes, I removed some of the user inputs, like lengthy copy/paste from my blood test results. Note the interactivity. A general diagnosis seems to require a back-and-forth, where I slowly creep up on a final result.
